Prices

• Prices of services, tours, products and delivery displayed on our web site are current at the time of issue, but they are subject to change without notice.

Orders

• Any order placed by you is an offer to purchase a particular product for the price specified our web site at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this web site or an error in your order. Your contract with us only comes into existence when it forwards our confirmation of receipt of your order and payment.

Delivery

• The delivery times of our products are set by us and will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times.

Meeting times and locations

• Your ticket will show the exact meeting time and location of your tour. The times and locations shown on our website are subject to change without notice, and only the location and time shown on your ticket matters. All tours run on Puerto Vallarta local time (Central Time).
Cruise Passengers must be aware that Cruise ships use different time than Puerto Vallarta Time. Check with your cruise ship for exact local Puerto Vallarta time.

Right of admission

• Wildlife Connection reserves the right of admission to any passenger if we consider that he/she: – Shows signs of intoxication, – Show signs of infectious disease, – Is offensive and unruly that can be uncomfortable and disrupt the enjoyment of the other participants or can be dangerous to the wildlife we are visiting, – Is carrying explosives, inflammable artefacts or dangerous tools or equipment that could put in risk the security of our customers and/or activities. In all this cases we won’t give refund for the tour.

Risk Management

• While all of our tours are considered soft adventure with minimal potential for personal injury and/or property damage, passengers should be aware that any tour that visits natural environments that have close encounters with wildlife involves risks and hazzards connected with this activities. Therefore tour participants agree that they are fully aware of the risks involved and hazards connected with our tour activities, including but not limited to risks of loss, property damage and/or personal injury, including death and they participate in our tour activities voluntarily with the full knowledge that our activities may be hazardous to them and their property and they assume full responsibility for the same.
• Passengers with special needs or requirements are welcome in our tours but they should ensure to advise our office of any special needs or requirements during booking.

Refunds

• If for any circumstance we need to make a refund, refunds will be made within two business days. Refunds can only be made within 60 days of the original date of payment via PayPal. There can be no exceptions as it is a PayPal’s policy not ours. In cases where we need to make a refund and they have passed more than 60 days we will use the “send money” option on PayPal, this will transfer the money to your PayPal account (not to your credit card).

Cancellations and Changes

• Once you receive a confirmation your reservation is guaranteed. In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, Wildlife Connection has a strict cancellation policy:

• 48 hours or more prior to excursion date – 100% refund less 5% processing fee.
• 36 hours or more prior to excursion date – 50% refund less 5% processing fee or we will accept date changes
• 24 hours prior to excursion date – we will accept date changes but no refunds
• No shows or late arrivals – no refund (no refund will be given under any circumstance)

Group Reservations (private charters of groups of 12 people or more)

• 15 days or more prior to excursion date – 100% refund less 5% processing fee
• 7 days or more prior to excursion date – 50% refund less 5% processing fee
• Less than 7 days prior to excursion date – we will accept date changes but no refunds
• No shows or late arrivals – no refund (no refund will be given under any circumstance)

No Port, No Pay (Cruise passengers)

• If your cruise ship is not able to make port as scheduled due to weather conditions, mechanical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances- 100% refund

• Changes to your reservation or cancellations can be requested via email or by calling to our office at 322 225 3621. All changes are subject to availability.

• Wildlife Connection reserves the right at any time to cancel any tour if needed. If our crew for any reason decide that the tour cannot be continued, they may terminate it at any time. If we cancel the tour a full refund will be provided or can be rescheduled to another day (except when the objectives of the tour have been completed even though we have to finish earlier than scheduled).

Bad weather

• We are in the tropic, and we have rainy season from July to October. Most of the times it rains during afternoon, night or early morning. We often have big storms and thunder storms. If for any reason it is raining early in the morning even if you feel the sky is falling in parts, don’t be afraid that the tour will be cancelled. In case it’s raining you will have to be at your meeting place or you can call us to check too, as we will evaluate minutes before the departure tour if it is possible to go out or not “MOST OF THE TIMES WE ARE ABLE TO GO OUT”
