Wildlife Connection offers the most professional tours following the real ecotourism rules, to ensure that our excursions are private and exclusive so each one of customers has the chance to experience a nice, close and respectful encounter with nature, for this reason we need to limit the number of guests on each of our tours and we strictly require reservations for all of them, so please ensure your tour today! When you book a tour with Wildlife Connection your money contributes to important research projects with whales & dolphins. We thank you in advance for your support our important work.
Instructions
Reservations and questions will be kindly attended by owner and you will always get a personalized attention. We have adapted some new steps to make the process of your reservations easier and faster; please follow the next instructions:
STEP 1
REQUESTING RESERVATION: a) Online in advance reservations (Using PayPal): Fill up the Reservation form and submit it to us prior to purchasing your tour, in the way that we can check availability on your preferred tour date. Your e-mail will be responded to within one business day. We are hardly working almost 24 hrs a day on online reservations to provide a faster answer for your requests. b) Already in Puerto Vallarta (Credit Card and Cash Payments): If you are already in Puerto Vallarta and for any reason you are unable to pay using PayPal, or you need an immediately answer is better that you call us (322 2253621) to check availability and we will arrange that you can pay directly with us with cash (pesos or USD) or credit card (master or visa). c)Unable to use PayPal (Credit Card and Cash Payments):If for any reason you are unable to pay using PayPal please email using our Reservation form or give us a call (322 2253621) to check availability and we will evaluate your case and arrange that you can pay directly with us with cash (pesos or USD) or credit card (master or visa).
Availability:
If we have availability on your preferred tour date we will confirm your reservation by email giving you a Reservation code (Rcode). If we don’t have availability on your preferred tour date we will offer you alternative dates on which you can do the tour.
Reservation Code (Rcode):
The Rcode will allow you to go to step 2 “ticket selection” and to proceed with your payment. The Rcode will be valid only for the time specified on the email we will send you with the confirmation of your reservation, if you don’t make the payment between those days you will need to ask for another Rcode.
